As you can see, Pizza is not the same in every country. It has different styles, tastes, textures. Some countries get it from restaurants, some countries pop their pizzas in the oven, and some countries make the pizzas all on their own. No matter how its made in any country, Pizza is a beloved food that has and never will go out of style.
Last but not least, pizza has been around in the United States for centuries with first pizza establishment in the US opening in 1905 at New York's Little Italy. Most towns and cities in the US has its own trademark pizza. For example, Chicago has its own deep-dish pizza. Detroit has its own unique twice-baked pizza (with cheese all the way to the edge of the crust), New York has a variety of different pizzas, and New Haven style-pizza is a thin crust pizza that does not use cheese unless the customer asks for it as a topping.
Pizza has been very popular in Sweden since 1970. Most pizzerias in Sweden have Margherita Pizza, Capricciosa Pizza (made with mushrooms and ham), and Quatro Stagioni pizza (made with mushrooms, shrimps, and artichoke) on their menus but with different recipes. For instance, a Swedish Margherita Pizza has Swedish hard cheese instead of its usual mozzarella cheese and dried oregano instead of its usual fresh basil.
One of Sweden's most popular pizzas is the kebab-pizzas made from doner kebab, onion, and green peperoncini. In Sweden, Swedish pizza usually comes with a side order of of what they call "Swedish pizza" which is made of shredded cabbage, coarse pepper, and sometimes red paprika. Only Pizza Hut is a well-known fast-food pizza establishment in Sweden but Domino's has been trying to establish itself in southern Sweden since 2008. Many pizzerias can do home delivery in 30 minutes and are connected to online ordering service.

In South Korea, Pizza is very well-known, especially with younger people. There are Pizza Huts, Domino's and Papa John's down in South Korea but there are also domestic brands such as Mr. Pizza and Pizza Etang, which use traditional pizza toppings such as bulgogi and dak galbi. Pizza in Korea has some of the most bizzare and unusual pizza toppings such as corn, potato wedges, and sweet potato. At the famous restaurant Mr. Pizza in Japan, pizza toppings include bacon, crushed tortilla chips, and sour cream. Traditional Italian pizza is served in many Italian restaurants in Seoul. North Korea first pizzeria opened in its capital Pyongyang in 2009.
Pizza is surprisingly very popular in Pakistan. The country's first pizzerias opened up in Karachi and Islamabad in the 1980s. Pizza is especially popular in the Eastern regions of Pakistan (to be specific, in the provinces of Sindh, Punjab, and Azad Kashmir as well as Gilgit-Baltistan). Pizza is not known in the Western part of Pakistan but there is a Pizza Hut in Peshawar. In the regions of Pakistan where pizza is known spicy chicken and sausage-based pizzas are very popular.

American pizza chains and fast-food pizza restaurants began coming to Japan in the 1970s. For instance, Shakey's Pizza and Pizza Hut entered Japan in 1973 and Domino's Pizza came to Japan in 1985. The most popular pizza place in Japan that makes Italian pizza is called Salvatore Cuomo. The Italian association Associazone Verace Pizza Napoletana has an independent baranch in Japan. The local pizza made in Japan is called mochi cakes (crust made with Japanese mochi cakes).

Like America, Israel has fast-food pizza stores and chains like Pizza Hut and Sbarro. The fast-food pizza stores in Israel have both kosher and non-kosher locations. Kosher locations have no meat because of the Jewish religion's belief that meat should not be mixed with dairy products, such as cheese. Kosher pizza locations are closed during the Jewish holiday Passover. Some pizza locations have very large portions of vegetable toppings such as mushrooms or onions and unusual toppings such as like corn or labane. Like most foods in Israel, pizza choices reflect multiple cultures.
