                     Pizza is something that's just becoming a big fast food in India. Eateries such as Pizza Hut and Dominoes have arrived in India in the early 1990s. Pizza is now in every major city in India. Pizza outlets in India also have pizza with Indian-style toppings like Tandoori Chicken and Paneer. Regular pizza is also made in India and both regular pizza and Indian-style pizza are eaten in India.


   
                                 
           



                     Sao Paulo, Brazil has 6,000 pizza establishments and 1.4 million pizza are consumed daily over there. The first Brazilian pizzas were baked in the Bras district of Sao Paulo in the early 20th century. Neapolitan and Roman style pizza are the most common pizzas in Brazil with the typical mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce as ingredients. Brazilian pizza does have less tomato sauce than regular Italian pizza. Pizza that has chocolate in it is served as a dessert in Brazil. Also, in Sao Paulo, July 10 is considered ''Pizza Day''. The Brazilian pizza entitled pizza quatro queijos uses the ingredients of mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, and gorgonzola and there is a variety of five cheeses in it.

       Pizza all around the world comes in various shapes and forms. Each region of the world has its own variation of pizza and how its made. The common type of Australian pizza is called the Aussie, Australian or the Australiana and has ingredients such as tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese (which are very common in pizza) and bacon and egg (which are uncommon for pizza). Pizza with seafood such as prawns are also popular in Australia. Australia also makes ''gourmet pizzas'' with salmon, dill and tiger prawns.

 Lazio-style pizza originated from Rome but it is in many parts of Italy. Lazio pizzas comes in many different styles. It is cooked in long, rectangular baking pans and relatively thick. This pizza, unlike the Neapolitan pizza, is cooked in an electric oven. It is cut with scissors and sold by weight. Pizzerias sell it in it's usual round piece and has a thin, crisp base. Some types of Lazio pizza include Pizza Romana (ingredients are tomato, mozzarella, anchovies, oregano, oil), Pizza viennese (ingredients are tomato, mozzarella, German sausage, oregano, oil), and Pizza capricciosa (mozzarella, tomato, mushrooms, artichokes, cooked ham, olives, oil)

Authentic Neapolitan pizzas usually consist of tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese. The dough from Neapolitan pizza is made from wheat flour, Neapolitan yeast, salt, and water and the dough has to be hand kneaded and formed by hand or with a rolling pin. It must be baked for 60-90 minutes at 485 C (905 F) in a stone oven with an oak wood fire. After the pizza is cooked, it should be crispy, tender, and fragant. There are three different kinds of Neapolitan pizza. They include Pizza Marinara (ingredients are tomato, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil), Pizza Margherita (ingredients are tomato, sliced mozzarella, basil, and extra virgin olive oil) , Pizza Margherita extra (ingredients are tomato, mozzarella fro Campania in fillets, basil, and extra virgin olive oil)




One of the first kinds of pizzas known to mankind is the Pizza Margherita. The Pizza Margherita was invented in 1889. It was named after the Queen Margherita who was visiting the Royal Palace of Capodimonte. The pizza and its ingredients consisted of colors from the Italian flag: red (tomato), green (basil), and white (mozzarella)
