Authentic Neapolitan pizzas usually consist of tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese. The dough from Neapolitan pizza is made from wheat flour, Neapolitan yeast, salt, and water and the dough has to be hand kneaded and formed by hand or with a rolling pin. It must be baked for 60-90 minutes at 485 C (905 F) in a stone oven with an oak wood fire. After the pizza is cooked, it should be crispy, tender, and fragant. There are three different kinds of Neapolitan pizza. They include Pizza Marinara (ingredients are tomato, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil), Pizza Margherita (ingredients are tomato, sliced mozzarella, basil, and extra virgin olive oil) , Pizza Margherita extra (ingredients are tomato, mozzarella fro Campania in fillets, basil, and extra virgin olive oil)
